• When can I check in and by when do I need to check out?

  Check-in is from 3 pm. Keys are handed over via a key box at the building — you will receive the code by email a few days before arrival. Check-out is by 10 am.

• What are the cancellation terms?

  You can cancel free of charge up to 30 days before arrival. For later cancellations, 80 % of the total price is charged. These are demo values — please check the exact terms during the booking process.

• Are pets allowed?

  Pets are welcome on request. Please let us know when booking if you are bringing an animal — a small surcharge applies.

• Are bed linen and towels included?

  Yes, bed linen and towels are included in the rental price. For stays of 7 nights or more, one change is included.

• Is there parking available?

  Yes, there is a free parking space directly at the building — no reservation required.
