When can I check in and by when do I need to check out?
Check-in is from 4 pm, check-out by 11 am. Keys are handed over via a key box; you'll receive the code by email a few days before arrival.
Is the pool private and usable year-round?
Yes, the pool belongs to your terrace alone. It's usable from April to October; heating can be added on request for a surcharge.
What are the cancellation terms?
You can cancel free of charge up to 30 days before arrival; after that, 80 % is charged. These are demo values — exact terms appear during the booking process.
Are bed linen, towels and final cleaning included?
Bed linen and towels (including pool towels) are included. The final cleaning is shown transparently as a one-off item during booking.
Is there parking?
Yes, a parking space at the building belongs to the apartment. Rental cars are easy to pick up at the airport; you won't need a car for Portals itself.
